The fully processed beat i used for my caustic 2. 1 track caustic antics. Very liitle eq but slight ping pong delay that fitted the track great. 124 bpm.
A variation on breakbeat 1,a few more snare hits and an extra kick to shuffle it up a bit. A bit of fuzz across the whole drum mix really does make a difference!normalise for extra volume.
An old hard drive booting up and being shut off with a very noisy fan. I recorded it very close to the source. Could be used for rickety spacecraft or diy science project sounds.
Machine composed electronic music - or experimental generative atonalelectronic music made with an analog modular synth. Some results from two machine composition recording sessions. The modular is a machine. I compose the patch. The modular/machine composes the music. I don't want to call it auto composition, algorithmic compositionor generative. This is machine composition!. It is an old otis brand elevator, in a 10-story building. You can see that the elevator motor is so old that it was manufactured with relay contacts and not with an electronic board.
